Characteristics:

Emery paper with standard width 610 mm. is spiral-wound onto this roller and held at the correct tension by an automatic stretch-compensator device.
• Support roller with special rubber coating, whose hardness and type vary depending on the buffing procedure.
• Mechanical drive for cylinder oscillating movement.
• Hydraulic opening and closing with all components installed in protected positions, running on rolling bearings.

• Intrinsic operator safety devices throughout the processing zone with continual electronic monitoring of efficiency. The device opens the machine and stops the rollers by means of electro-magnetic disk brakes.
• Electric housed in sealed cabinet with auxiliary voltage 24 Volts, complying with international safety standards.
