• Hydraulic opening and closing with all components installed in protected positions, running on rolling bearings.

• Automatic blending device both at beginning and at the end of each pass.
• Upper hide-braking device allows continuous processing with no damage to the last section of the hide.
• Total dust exhauster system with upper and lower suction intakes.
• Hide conveyor belt with option of hide offload to front or rear, hydraulically operated with speed automatically varied in relation to feed speed.
• Intrinsic operator safety devices throughout the processing zone with continual electronic monitoring of efficiency. The device opens the machine and stops the rollers by means of electro-magnetic disk brakes.
• Electric housed in sealed cabinet with auxiliary voltage 24 Volts, complying with international safety standards.
